And Now We Are Three

On the passing of G’s 3rd birthday, one of my family’s favorite poems came to mind.  It is from Now We Are Six by AA Milne and it goes like this:

IMG_3225When I was One,

I had just begun.

When I was Two,

I was nearly new.

When I was Three,

I was hardly me.

When I was Four,

I was not much more.

When I was Five,

I was just alive.

But now I am Six,

I’m as clever as clever.

So I think I’ll be Six now for ever and ever.

According to Mr. Milne’s calculations, we have about three more years before G catches on to us.

Our next stops pin balled us through the NorthEast—>Norfolk—>
