“Well. I don’t know what to tell you sweetie, I’ve turned the apartment upside down and I don’t see that missing puzzle piece.”
G has a new Melissa and Doug United States puzzle. We put it together and one of the states is missing. I can’t decide which is worse, the fact that it’s missing, or the fact that I don’t know what state it is.
“It’s Missouri,” says M.
“What? How did you know that?”
M, is visiting from Paris. It doesn’t seem right that she would know just from looking at an empty hole in the map of the US, what state was missing.
“I looked at the box,” she says.
“See?” she points it out to me, “Missouri.”
Then she busts out into a fabulous giggle.
We then both hear a little gasp from G.
“Oh no!” he says, “I missing souri!”
You’ll be happy to know the missing souri was found by M herself which will make her a living legend in G’s eyes.
I kid you not when I tell you the next state to go missing was missing sippi.

Love, love, love it – so funny! x
OK, WordPress is messing with me and doesn’t let me long in to “like” this. But I must tell you: I like this post! Missing sippi – ha ha, can’t make this up, life trumps art!
