In an attempt to recover my lost vocabulary, I post a new word every Monday evening (sometimes I’m late) that I don’t use in my day to day life. Then I attempt to incorporate that word into my weekly post.
This week’s word:
capacious \kuh-PAY-shuhs\ , adjective:
Able to contain much; roomy; spacious.

Good word!
I desperately need the vocabulary lessons – what a great idea!! But, wow, did the house really draw me in!! Love the architecture!!
Oh that house is incredible, isn’t it? It’s the last free standing mansion in Manhattan and designed by the same man who designed Carnegie Hall. There are few photos of the inside, but it used to have a secret, underground tunnel that led down to the Hudson!
Just spectacular! A secret underground passage makes it even way more appealing! BTW – I just finished pouring over your children’s book section too, I got sidetracked from going back through the vocabulary words and I saw it in your word cloud
